Refund Policy

At Healing Light RI, we are committed to providing compassionate, high-quality holistic wellness and Reiki services. Because energy healing and wellness experiences are deeply personal, results may vary from person to person.

Services & Sessions

All Reiki sessions, holistic consultations, and spiritual wellness services are non-refundable once the service has been provided.

If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, we kindly request at least 24 hours’ notice.

• Cancellations made with at least 24 hours’ notice may be rescheduled or credited toward a future session.

• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee or forfeiture of the session.

• No-shows are non-refundable.

Digital Products & Courses

Due to the nature of downloadable content, all sales of digital products, meditation recordings, courses, guides, and online workshops are final and non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

Packages & Memberships

Unused sessions in prepaid packages may be transferable at our discretion but are generally non-refundable after purchase. Expiration dates may apply to packages and memberships.

Exceptions

Refunds may be considered in exceptional circumstances on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us directly if you have concerns regarding your purchase or experience.

Gift Certificates and Special Offers

• Gift Cards: Gift certificates are completely non-refundable and cannot be traded for cash.

Practitioner Cancellations

• Full Refunds: If we must cancel due to emergency, you get a full refund or free reschedule.
